How It Works
Putting money in the right hands at the right time. Because the goal is to get you the relief you need now, we've created the most simple application process possible.
You’ve made it to our website where we’ve made applying for the assistance easy. Simply click on the “apply” button anywhere you see it and fill out our 8-minute application.
Be sure to have your verification documents ready:
Documents establishing proof of your businessYou will need to provide one of the following:
- Business License
- 2019 Federal Tax Return showing business income (including Schedule C, if applicable)
For Non-Profits Organizations - IRS Determination Letter

Note: You can take pictures of your documents with your phone and apply from your mobile device as well. It’s really that easy.
- You will be asked to provide your businesses last quarter revenue (April 1, 2020 – June 30, 2020. Be sure to have that number with you when you begin.
Immediately following your submission of the application you will receive a confirmation email containing information regarding when you will be notified if you’ve been awarded the grant, and the next steps in the process. If at any time you have questions, please start a chat with one of our support agents.
Funding Award & E-Sign
If your business is awarded the grant funding you will be notified via email from Docusign which will contain instructions for signing the PDF contract that will be attached. If awarded, you can expect to receive an e-mail between August 19th and August 28th.
The County of Tulare will be processing the funds and mailing out checks beginning September 1st. Please be patient as it may take between 10 and 14 days for you to receive your check in the mail.
